Why Anaham Exists, Our Philosophy

The word Anaham points to something most of us have forgotten a state of pure being. Not a feeling to be achieved. Not a destination. A return. A remembering.

We believe that most human suffering begins in the mind. The body is not a separate thing it is a living record of everything the mind has held, suppressed, and carried. When the mind is in distress, the body speaks. When the mind is freed, the body heals.
