Where Practice Becomes Presence
Anaham is not just a location; it is a sanctuary designed to hold the silence and support the transformation of every seeker.

Yoga Hall: "Agazhi"
"Beyond the body, toward the soul."
Agazhi takes its name from the fort walls of ancient India, structures built not to confine, but to protect what was most precious within, while enabling those inside to see far beyond.
This hall carries that intention. It is the symbolic vehicle through which practitioners learn to transcend the boundaries of the body, to move through limitation, to expand into awareness, and to reach the places their souls have always been destined for.
What begins as physical practice ends as something far greater.

Meditation Hall: "Thagazhi"
"Where love is, light is. Where light is, Praanan (life) is."
Thagazhi refers to the structure of the traditional oil lamp that holds the flame steady and keeps it alight through the night.
This hall is named in that spirit. Like the vessel that does not produce light but makes light possible, Thagazhi exists to hold the inner flame of each seeker, to provide the stillness, the safety, and the sacred atmosphere in which meditation moves from effort to effortlessness.
Here, silence is not empty. It is full of everything that cannot be said.

Kitchen: "Attil"
"Nourishment for the body, peace for the mind."
The Attil is where the alchemy of healing continues through the offering of food. Every meal prepared here is rooted in Ayurvedic principles and the spirit of seva.
We believe that food is medicine, and the consciousness with which it is prepared is just as important as the ingredients themselves. Our kitchen supports our daily community offerings (Anna Pagirvu) and nourishes our residential seekers.
Simple, traditional, and profoundly healing.
