At Anaham, we strive to provide the best yoga and Ayurveda wellness services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Service Bookings
- Prepaid sessions: Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Late cancellations: Requests made within 48 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows: Fees are non-refundable if you fail to attend without prior notice.
Wellness Programs & Retreats
- Advance deposits for retreats are non-refundable but may be transferable to future programs.
- Full program fees are refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the start date.
- Partial refunds may be considered for cancellations due to medical emergencies, subject to documentation.
Products & Ayurveda Remedies
- Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Opened or used products cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or card).
- Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Non-Refundable Items
- Registration fees, administrative charges, and promotional discounts are non-refundable.
